OPS Group Shortlisted for Prestigious Scottish Business Awards 2014
OPS Group, the oil and gas recruitment specialist, has been selected as a finalist for the prestigious Scottish Business Awards. The Aberdeen based company, which also has premises in Australia and Dubai and has been nominated in the “Growth Strategy of the Year” category and the results will be announced at the ceremony taking place in the Edinburgh International Conference Centre on 12th May 2014.
OPS Group has experienced a considerable 35% growth in turnover over the past three years, taking it to £19.6 million, and a 50% increase in staff from 2012 – 13, taking employment numbers to over 35.
The Group’s success is largely attributed to the significant investment in technical systems and development of staff through training, with fantastic results. OPS Group will be attending the Scottish Business Awards dinner on the 12th May, which will host top companies aiming to raise over £1 million for charity, and welcomes Sir Richard Branson, as keynote speaker.

This year’s event aims to break through the £1 million mark in funds raised for charity in just three years.
